small room lacking maintenance

the location was good and near many shops.

the room was very small, and there wasn't much space for luggage or to move around comfortably. maintenance seemed lacking, and the cleanliness of the facilities was not good. i also noticed there was no breakfast, though the sign outside said 'bed and breakfast'.
